Josh: It’s mighty quiet over there. Are you still alive and kicking?

Liz: Yes. I’m fine. I miss you.

Josh: Miss you, too. Any word on a bone marrow donor match yet?

Liz: Nothing yet. No emails or calls.

Liz: You know what’s weird? I haven’t been thinking about it much.

Josh: Not weird at all. You’re living in the moment, which is a good thing. That must mean you’re enjoying your trip. Are you still in Peru?

Liz: No. I’m in Africa now. I’m going to jump in the shower before heading down for breakfast. Then we’re going on a safari through the Serengeti! You won’t believe what happened in Peru. I can fill you in when we get back from the safari in a couple of days since I have to get ready.

Josh: WAIT! Don’t you dare leave me hanging like that. Give me a clue. Are you married? Pregnant? Oh wait, you’re 50 and celibate. That can’t be it.

Liz: Not funny.

Josh: How is hunky pilot man?

Liz: He’s good. I saw him half-naked on the balcony.

Liz: Dream on.

Josh: What about Orlando? Hey, do you know if he is single?

Liz: How do you know about Orlando?

Josh: I met him and Adam when I dropped you off at the airport! Are you losing your memory?

Liz: Oh, that’s right. And sorry, I don’t know if he’s single.

Josh: You still didn’t tell me about Peru. Give me something before you go.

Liz: Okay, here’s the Reader’s Digest version: I bought a building and turned it into a school. Oh, and I bought a school bus to get the kids there.

Josh: Wow. I love this. I would say I’m surprised, but I know you. You make me proud, sis. Always have. Love you and don’t forget to call me later.

Liz: Will do. Love you, too.
